Lauv came to town for two special nights in Boston on October 7th and 8th at the House of Blues. Lauv, otherwise known as his real name Ari Leff is set to release his highly anticpated debut album How I’m Feeling in March 2020. Since announcing the album, Lauv has released a few singles from the album like the hit song “I’m so Tired..” featuring Troye Sivan, “Feelings”, “Sad Forever”, “Drugs & The Internet”, “Fuck, I’m Lonely” featuring Anne-Marie, and the newly released single “Sims”. This tour was the first time fans got to hear these new songs live so the excitement was definitely in the air. But before the fans could hear the new material, they got treated to a stellar performance by opening act Bulow who really got the crowd going and excited for Lauv to take the stage after. The lights dimmed and it was finally time for Lauv to hit the stage to the thunderous roar of the crowd. Lauv ran out onto the stage decked out in his own merch and jazzy tie-dye pants. Lauv opened up the show with “Drugs & The Internet” which got the crowd going crazy before going into a crowd favorite in “Paris in The Rain”. That night the crowd got treated to twenty songs in total, but what was so special about night two was that Lauv decided to play an unreleased song called “For Now” which the crowd was not expecting at all. He played it acoustically and told the crowd to be really quiet and just live in the moment, and what a beautiful moment it was. Lauv closed out the night with none other than his hit song “I Like Me Better”, and you could feel the energy in the room from everyone screaming back the lyrics. From hearing old and new songs, night two was definitely a night many people, including Lauv will never forget. Don’t miss out on seeing Lauv in your city, you will regret it!
