Clairo brought her first ever headlining tour to a sold out crowd in Dallas, Texas.
The crowd was full of teenagers awaiting a night full of lo-fi/indie music. The show started off with Garren Sean, a singer songwriter from Bay Area, California. The crowd absolutely loved the alternative sound Garren brought to the stage. His set was memorable for all, due to the funky guitar, cowboy hat and yee’haws.
Finally, the long wait was over. It was time for Clairo to take the stage. She started off strong with a song off of her E.P, diary001, called B.O.M.D. As the set went on I was completely in awe with the love and energy the crowd brought out. Clairo decided to slow down the set and make the night emotional by playing an unreleased song called, Feel Something, and revealed that she had the help of Rostam Batmanglij known from Vampire Weekend on the track. She then dove into her dance track with SG Lewis called Better. The set ended with her hits Pretty Girl and 4EVER. If you don’t already know Clairo, you should!
