Real Friends, who released their new album The Home Inside My Head back in May, are currently out on tour with The Wonder Years, Knuckle Puck, Moose Blood and Seaway.
The tour made a stop in San Antonio, TX this past Saturday, November 12th, at Alamo City Music Hall. The band delivered an energetic performance that woke the whole crowd up and their set featured popular songs like “I Don’t Love You Anymore,” “Mess,” and “Late Nights In My Car.” What anyone can take away from a Real Friends’ show are the words said between songs. What particularly stood out to me regarding the string of events that resulted from last week’s election is “We cannot be great if we deny others the right to be great” as said by lead singer, Dan Lambton.
